Welcome to our online course. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", "student", "user") and the Company (as defined below), concerning your access to and use of this website, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or learning management platform related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.
This Online Course and website are operated by SnoopGame OÜ, a private limited company incorporated and registered in Estonia under registry code 16453554, with its registered office at Endla 4, 10142, Tallinn, Estonia (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "Online Course", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing this Online Course, creating an account, or purchasing any educational materials, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this Online Course are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Permission is granted to temporarily access viewable materials on the Online Course’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. If downloading of specific materials is explicitly permitted by the Company, permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of such downloadable materials for personal, non-commercial, and transitory viewing only.
This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
modify or copy the materials;
use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Online Course’s website or platform;
remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by the Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
Any violations of these terms and conditions will be addressed at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the right to determine the appropriate actions or penalties for any breach, including but not limited to, temporary suspension or permanent termination of access to the Online Course without any refund.
By enrolling in the Online Course, you agree to pay the specified fees. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made.
All fees listed on the website are displayed in USD. Depending on your location, value-added tax (VAT) may apply to your purchase in accordance with European Union OSS (One Stop Shop) regulations and Estonian tax laws. If applicable, VAT will be calculated and added at checkout based on your country of residence.
According to European Union consumer protection laws, consumers generally have a 7-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, because our services consist of digital educational content delivered immediately upon purchase, the following rules apply:
Immediate Access: If you purchase an Online Course that grants immediate access to the full educational materials, pre-recorded videos, or downloadable content, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that by gaining immediate access, you waive your 7-day right of withdrawal, and no refunds will be provided.
If you initiate an unauthorized chargeback through your bank or credit card company, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the platform and pursue all available legal remedies to recover the funds, including administration fees.
The materials on the Online Course’s website are provided 'as is'. The Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, the Company does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site. The Company does not guarantee any specific career, financial, or personal outcomes from taking the Online Course.
In no event shall the Company or its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Online Course’s website, even if the Company has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Company’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Estonian and EU consumer protection laws. In all other circumstances, the Company’s maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms or the use of the services shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the specific Online Course in question.
The student acknowledges that the Company utilizes a third-party Learning Management System (LMS) Kwiga to deliver educational services, including learning materials, assignments, and assessments. The LMS is not owned or operated by the Company and is used solely for its technological functionality. The LMS is not involved in, nor responsible for, any agreements, disputes, or financial arrangements between the Company and the student. Any technical issues caused directly by the LMS platform will be addressed in cooperation with the platform provider, but the Company shall not be held liable for temporary technical outages of Kwiga.
The materials appearing on the Online Course’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Company does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. The Company may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. The Company does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
The Company has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the Company of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time. If the changes are material and affect your active Online Course enrollment, we will notify you via email or through the LMS platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the website or course platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their formation, validity, or termination, shall be settled through amicable negotiations. If a settlement cannot be reached:
