The LMS is not owned or operated by the Company and is used solely for its technological functionality. The LMS is not involved in, nor responsible for, any agreements, disputes, or financial arrangements between the Company and the student. Any technical issues caused directly by the LMS platform will be addressed in cooperation with the platform provider, but the Company shall not be held liable for temporary technical outages of Kwiga.
7. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on the Online Course’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Company does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. The Company may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. The Company does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
